February 20, 2015 - A liberating week on the island of Kauai was well needed. I woke every morning, with camera in hand and walked the ocean shore to reflect on life; past, present, future. The first morning, I caught an amazing sunset, but when editing the images, they reminded me of any typical postcard sunrise. So I waited...every morning I greeted the mother sun and her vast array of light as she peeked above the horizon; however most were cloudy and did not move me in terms of color. On my last day she shone her greatness and I produced the image below.
